The Product Specialist is a hands-on, execution-focused role at the intersection of operations, marketing, and product. You will own the day-to-day performance of the Supreme Ecom website, coordinate the production of our flagship course launches, analyze product-market fit across our offers, and keep our digital products running smoothly and converting at their best. This role is for someone who is commercially sharp, deeply organized, and comfortable moving between strategic analysis and tactical execution.
You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Consulting, Sales, and the Operations team, and you will be measured on how well our website converts, how smoothly our launches run, and how well our offers match what the market actually wants.
- Website Performance & Conversion Optimizati
- Own day-to-day management of the Supreme Ecom website, product pages, pricing, packages, and funnels are accurate, conversion-optimized, and always on-brand
- Monitor conversion rates on all product pages and run ongoing A/B tests on copy, design, CTAs, and page layouts
- Conduct regular audits for broken links, outdated content, UX issues, and page speed problems and action fixes promptly
- Coordinate with designers and developers to implement layout improvements, new features, and seasonal updates
- Use Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar tools to drive continuous data-informed improvements to conversion performanve.
- Execution-focused with strong attention to detail, you notice when things are off-brand, inconsistent, or underperforming
- Self-driven and proactive, you spot problems before they're flagged
- Strong cross-functional communicator, able to synthesize input from Marketing, Consulting, Sales, and Ops into clear action
- Comfortable bringing data-backed recommendations up to leadership
- Adaptable and at ease in a fast-growing, in-house environment

$70,000 annual salary plus bonus potential
