This role supports a large-scale transformation initiative within a global manufacturing environment, focused on standing up a new site in the Richardson, TX area. The individual will play a hands‑on role in executing change management activities tied to technical system deployments, ensuring the business is fully prepared for go‑live. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and delivering training, driving communication plans, and ensuring stakeholder readiness across operations, IT, and leadership teams.
This person will partner closely with project and business leaders to align on change strategy, execute against a structured change framework, and continuously adapt plans within an agile environment as priorities evolve. The role requires someone who can own and drive execution, facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions, identify resistance points, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure adoption. This is not a consulting role—this individual will be embedded in the work, actively building materials, leading sessions, and ensuring successful implementation outcomes across the site.
RequiredSkills & Experience
- 6–8+ years of hands‑on Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience supporting technical or IT‑driven initiatives
- Experience working in a manufacturing or shop floor environment
- Proven experience supporting system implementations (e.g., SAP, shop floor systems, or similar platforms)
- Strong ability to drive change activities (training, communications, stakeholder readiness) — not just consult
- Experience working directly with director‑level stakeholders and cross‑functional IT/business teams
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment and own deliverables end‑to‑end
- PROSCI, ACMP, or similar change management certification
- Experience supporting new site or facility stand‑ups / greenfield implementations
- Familiarity with Agile change methodologies or frameworks
- Experience working in globally distributed change management teams
- Prior experience supporting Google Workspace or similar collaboration tools
- Exposure to metrics tracking and change adoption measurement
- Background in highly regulated or compliance‑driven environments
