Senior Site Reliability Administrator

$142,000 annually + $15,000 yearly bonus

Uptown Dallas, TX (2 days a week for the first 90 days, 1 day a month after)

We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Administrator to oversee and enhance the uptime, performance, and reliability of cloud-based environments supporting critical applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with Dev Ops and Tech Ops teams, focusing on infrastructure management, automation, security, and continuous improvement within a hybrid work environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience as a systems administrator, Dev Ops engineer, or software engineer.
• 2+ years managing mission‑critical, internet‑facing production applications.
• 2+ years deploying and managing resources in Azure or other cloud platforms.
• 2+ years automating deployments, server configurations, or with Dev Ops tools.
• 2+ years managing Windows and Linux OS patches and updates.
• Proficiency with Power Shell, Bash, or equivalent scripting languages.
• 1+ year managing Windows Active Directory, Group Policy, and user management.
• Strong understanding of core networking topics: DNS, load balancing, VPN, VLAN.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Certifications such as Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305) are a plus.
• Experience supporting multi‑environment setups including dev, test, production, and disaster recovery.
• Linux server management experience is preferred.
