Job Summary
We are looking for a PLM Transformation & Adoption Consultant to drive successful PLM implementations by aligning business processes ensuring user adoption and enabling digital transformation across the enterprise.
Responsibilities- Lead PLM transformation initiatives including process harmonization and blueprinting
- Drive user adoption strategies, change management and training programs
- Engage business stakeholders to define requirements and value realization roadmap
- Support PLM implementation teams with business context and adoption metrics
- Develop communication training and onboarding materials
- Monitor adoption KPIs and recommend continuous improvements
- Facilitate workshops, readiness assessments and governance models
- 14+ years in PLM consulting, transformation or adoption roles
- Strong understanding of PLM processes (Engineering, BOM, Change, Quality)
- Proven experience in change management and user adoption strategies
- Experience working with PLM tools (3DX, Windchill, Teamcenter, etc.)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to bridge business and IT teams effectively
- Certification in 3DX and PLM is an advantage
- $159,000 – $200,000 per year
- Target Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits
