We’re looking for a Digital Strategist to lead the development and execution of integrated digital marketing initiatives across a range of clients. This role is equal parts strategy, execution oversight, and project leadership, with a strong focus on translating business goals into actionable digital plans. You’ll partner cross-functionally to drive performance across web, search, content, and digital visibility efforts while ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
This role is 2 days a week on site in Dallas and offers a competitive base compensation and benefits package.
Responsibilities- Lead digital strategy for client accounts, developing clear plans that align with business goals such as visibility, lead generation, and brand positioning
- Conduct discovery and planning to define target audiences, assess digital presence, and identify opportunities across web, search, email, and social channels
- Translate strategy into roadmaps with defined priorities, timelines, owners, and success metrics
- Oversee website initiatives including new builds, redesigns, and ongoing optimization efforts
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to manage execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and at a high standard
- Analyze performance data and provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- Establish and track KPIs, providing regular reporting and interpretation of results
- Identify risks and opportunities related to digital presence, search visibility, and online reputation
- 4+ years of experience in digital strategy, digital marketing, or integrated marketing roles-agency experience HIGHLY preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong understanding of website strategy, SEO, and digital performance marketing
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating internal teams and external partners
- Ability to translate business objectives into actionable digital plans and measurable outcomes
- Comfortable working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and other reporting platforms
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present strategy and insights clearly
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience working within CMS platforms such as Word Press is a plus
