The Ksquare Group was established in 2014 in Dallas, TX. We are an international company with a presence in various countries, including Mexico, the USA, India, and the Dominican Republic. Currently, we have more than 250 Ksquarians and are growing.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in QA testing within Salesforce environments.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and data model.
- Experience testing APIs (REST/SOAP) and integrations with external systems.
- Familiarity with Salesforce testing tools (e.g., Provar, Selenium, Apex tests, or Copado Robotic Testing).
- Proficiency with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, Test Rail).
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Salesforce Administrator or QA certification.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Git Hub Actions.
- Knowledge of Apex, SOQL, or Salesforce Flows.
- Design and document comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Define testing strategies across functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Establish test data and environments aligned with release cycles.
- Execute manual and automated test cases to validate Salesforce functionality, APIs, and business logic.
- Verify configuration, customization, and data flow between Salesforce and integrated systems.
- Ensure consistent behavior across desktop and mobile platforms.
- Work closely with Salesforce developers, admins, and business analysts to understand requirements and system architecture.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners to clarify acceptance criteria and prioritize testing efforts.
- Identify, log, and track bugs using Jira or similar tools.
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce, analyze, and resolve defects.
- Retest and validate fixes during regression cycles.
- Perform smoke, sanity, and regression testing in sandbox and pre-production environments.
- Conduct API validation and load testing to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Track QA metrics such as test coverage, defect density, and execution progress.
- Provide clear test reports, release readiness assessments, and risk analysis to stakeholders.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, QA tools, and best practices.
- Contribute to process improvements in automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and test documentation.
