Minimum 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Proficiency in creating Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, groups and configuration experience. Hands‑on in importing Service Cloud (e.g. cases, tickets, contacts, etc..) / Sales Cloud Data (e.g. sales department leads, contacts, and other data). Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration. Do health check on users, roles, profiles, licenses, files & data used, objects & fields.
Hands‑on in building custom reports and dashboards based on business needs. Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and documenting the process in order to support business stakeholders. Fair knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities. Ability to build and update process builders and flows. Good knowledge about Apex, triggers, governor limits, troubleshooting, SOQL, service ticket handling process.
Hands‑on experience in handling tickets directly with customers with excellent communication written & oral. Must have Salesforce Certified Administrator and preferably Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator. Hands on experience in production deployments (change set / Ant tool).
