Responsibilities
- Maintain a smooth IT office infrastructure operation and manage growth.
- Provide support to office locations and IT applications, including AV and conference equipment.
- Set up, upgrade, and maintain all IT office equipment onsite in Core offices.
- Manage devices such as desktops, laptops, tablets (iPad, etc.), mobile phones, printers, and networked devices (wired and wireless).
- Support critical onsite services such as AV and conference room equipment (Yealink/Logitech gear).
- Coordinate with vendors for ordering new hardware (computers, monitors, etc.), telephone hardware, and internet services.
- Support remote users (approximately 30% of total staff).
- Understand change control, checklists, and repeatable processes.
- Delegate tasks to additional resources as needed once up to speed.
- Handle multi‑tasking and simultaneous requests; maintain a service‑oriented attitude.
- Detail oriented with ability to work in a team environment and adapt to daily changing needs.
- Analyze and problem‑solve while coordinating with others to complete initiatives.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Dedicated to quality, highly organized, and efficient.
- Utilize all technical resources to solve problems and escalated appropriately.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university preferred.
- 4–6 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) 2003/2008 beneficial.
- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no sponsorship for work authorization is offered.
