Your Role & Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of enterprise-level Data, Cloud, and AI transformation programs
• Develop and manage project roadmaps, delivery plans, milestones, and dependencies
• Drive accountability across business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure delivery success
• Facilitate decision-making and proactively remove obstacles impacting timelines
• Balance Agile methodologies with strong project governance and executive reporting
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, including executive sponsors
• Communicate project health, risks, dependencies, and decisions clearly across all levels
• Manage comprehensive project controls including schedule, scope, RAID logs, and reporting
• Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans
• Support Agile teams with planning, prioritization, and delivery execution
• Enable alignment between business goals and technology solutions
• Support AI-enabled process automation and operational transformation initiatives

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 8+ years of experience managing complex technology and business transformation projects
• Proven experience in Data, Cloud, Analytics, or Digital Transformation initiatives
• Strong experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid)
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams, dependencies, and risks
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including engineering, data, and vendors
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
• Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and organizational capabilities

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics initiatives
• Exposure to AI-enabled business automation platforms and workflow tools
• Background in process optimization and operational transformation
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud platforms
• Experience in organizations undergoing large-scale modernization efforts

Education & Certifications You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe) preferred

• Competitive Compensation – $73–$83 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
