Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour

Caine & Weiner is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to be the go‑to problem solver in our fast‑paced call center environment
. You’ll provide tiers 1 and 2 support, ensuring employees onsite and remote have the tools they need to succeed. From setting up workstations to troubleshooting complex issues, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is based in the Dallas Metroplex and able to travel between our Farmers Branch and Denison locations.
- Provide tier 1 & 2 help desk support for onsite and remote employees
- Set up computer workstations and assist with onboarding
- Track IT assets, manage shipping/receiving
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
- Collaborate with higher-level technicians when escalation is needed
- 2+ years of IT Help Desk experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 troubleshooting
- PC hardware repair and basic networking (DHCP/DNS/VPN)
- Microsoft Office 365 expertise
- Ring Central experience (preferred)
- CompTIA A+ / Network+ certification or relevant education
