As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC's Technology – Asset Management Group (AMG) organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Philadelphia, PA, Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX, or Birmingham, AL.
Responsibilities- Deliver IT business solutions and strategic initiatives in support of the Asset Management Group (AMG), ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide support to the development team throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Collaborate with PNC's risk management team to ensure proper alignment with enterprise risk standards and practices.
- Analyze, define, and document business and system requirements, including identifying gaps and updating workflows and logic as needed.
- Provide solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.
- Participate in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
- Monitor client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; enhance system productivity as needed.
- Provide senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results.
- Analyze, define and document client requirements, and revise existing system logic challenges as necessary.
- Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
- Managing Risk – Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $55,000 - $120,750. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
