Test Engineer Lead

Join our dynamic team as a Test Engineer Lead, where you'll drive innovation and excellence in testing practices. This role offers the opportunity to lead testing strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance project delivery.

• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide testing standards and methodologies.
• Provide training and mentorship to testing teams, ensuring best practices are implemented.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to identify and implement improvements in test automation and performance engineering.
• Lead the development and evolution of testing strategies, including test plans and environment strategies.
• Manage resource allocation and oversee testing phases, ensuring readiness and efficiency.
• Coordinate defect triage and requirement traceability with release management.
• Stay updated with new testing technologies and recommend their implementation to improve current processes.

• Extensive experience with Field Service Management (FSM) applications and testing systems.
• Strong knowledge of testing frameworks, tools, and proficiency in a programming scripting language.
• Excellent project management skills to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in testing tools like qTest, JIRA, and service virtualization tools.

• Experience with Git Lab CI and knowledge of Type Script, Java, or Python.
• Strong understanding of test automation and performance testing tools such as Playwright, Junit, TestNG, Test Complete, Neo Load/JMeter.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model and flexibility to adapt to full-time office schedules as needed.
