• Assist users with a variety of issues including software application errors; software installation and configuration; desktop/laptop hardware; network communications;
  Internet connectivity;
  Point of Sale (POS) hardware and software; printers and scanners.
• Document all work performed through a ticket tracking system and effectively route and/or escalate tickets to the appropriate teams.
• Collaborate with team members to form effective technical solutions.
• Interact with leadership and team members to provide analytical and technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions.
• Monitor customer infrastructure using provided tools and ensure networking and computing systems remain available during production hours.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Associate’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Internet Technology or related fields, and/or 1–3 years of applicable work experience in IT support (preferred).
• Knowledge and/or experience with Windows
  10, macOS, MSOffice, Office
  365.
• Ability to multi‑task and maintain good communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent problem analysis and solving skills.
• Self‑starter, dependable and accurate in completing tasks with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to function effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

• IT‑related certifications (e.g., A+, Network+, Security+, ITIL or MCP).
• Familiarity with remote support and management tools.
• Knowledge of on‑premises and/or cloud‑based backup and recovery tools.
