Job Summary:

The Project Manager will lead high-visibility systems development projects in a matrixed enterprise environment.

This role involves managing scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.

The PM will work in a hybrid waterfall/agile environment and collaborate with product owners, scrum masters, and other PMs.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and issue resolution skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Delivery Leader in driving collaboration, alignment, and integrated delivery.
• Document project scope, timeline, resource plans, and stakeholder lists.
• Lead the project team through all phases of execution.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues; escalate as needed.
• Ensure tasks and deliverables remain on track and within budget.
• Maintain project documentation and status updates.
• Communicate progress through meetings and reports.
• Establish and manage realistic project schedules considering dependencies and resources.
• Secure approval of deliverables from sponsors and stakeholders.
• Organize and maintain project documentation and sites.
• Track financial spend against budget for third-party purchases.
• Develop communication plans and assist with stakeholder communications.
• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Planview, and Smartsheet.
• Measure project performance and adjust approaches as needed.
• Facilitate decision-making discussions and manage change control processes.

• 6–12 years of IT project management experience, including deliverable creation.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Agile methodologies, project planning, risk tracking, financial tracking (Capex/Opex), and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in technical and non-technical project management.
• Strong executive presentation and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and hold teams accountable.
• Experience in hybrid methodology environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise PPM tools such as Planview, Clarity, or Service Now PPM.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective resource estimation and communication across all levels.
• Experience coordinating in multi-vendor matrix environments.
• Ability to define roles and responsibilities for clarity and accountability.

• Scaled Agile experience.
• Proficiency in creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
• Experience in stakeholder alignment and navigating competing priorities.
• Familiarity with project management tools and best practices.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for team goals.
