Cybersecurity, IT Project Manager
CTG is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Cybersecurity & OT to lead enterprise cybersecurity and operational technology initiatives for our client. This role requires a strong background in cybersecurity program delivery, stakeholder management, and OT-focused project execution within large enterprise or regulated environments.
Location: Dallas, TX
Duration: 8 months
- Lead cybersecurity and OT initiatives from discovery and planning through implementation and delivery.
- Manage cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and consulting partners across complex enterprise programs.
- Drive roadmap development, governance activities, onboarding waves, and operational readiness efforts.
- Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and reporting activities.
- Facilitate executive-level communication and provide strategic project updates and recommendations.
- Support privileged access lifecycle initiatives and cybersecurity operational governance processes.
- Manage consulting engagements including time-and-materials (T&M) and fixed-scope projects.
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity and/or project management roles.
- Proven experience delivering OT-focused initiatives.
- Strong executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder influence skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large, multi-stakeholder enterprise programs.
- Experience managing consulting engagements and enterprise project delivery.
- Exposure to OT platforms and operational technology environments.
- Experience with discovery-led or roadmap-driven cybersecurity engagements.
- Understanding of privileged access lifecycle management and operational governance.
- Experience working within large enterprise or regulated environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant cybersecurity or project management certifications are a plus.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
