Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Technical Infrastructure Program Manager in the Texas area to oversee data center build projects. The Technical Infrastructure Program Manager will lead cross-functional and technical teams from conceptual design feasibility through requirements, budget, completed design, implementation, testing, and deployment. You will use judgment, negotiation skills, the ability to influence without authority, analytical talent, technical aptitude, and leadership to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders across multiple time zones, manage capital budgets, eliminate non-value-add activity, design solutions, remove blockers, and find creative ways to accelerate project delivery.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator (both written and verbal), not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities, and be capable of understanding mechanical/electrical engineering concepts. They will apply a variety of project management tools, methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle and demonstrate experience in core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk management, reporting and metric development/tracking.
Other requirements include experience with MS Office, MS Project and MS SharePoint.

Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional and technical teams from conceptual design feasibility through requirements, budget, completed design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Manage capital budgets, identify and eliminate non-value-add activity, design solutions, remove blockers, and accelerate project delivery.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across multiple time zones; apply judgment and negotiation skills to influence without authority.
- Maintain project artifacts and reporting, and track metrics related to scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and risk.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience
- Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (network, data center, hardware, software)
- Experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience directly related to the design or construction of data centers

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
