L&A Solutions Sales Executive (IT Solutions – L&A Insurance Sub‑Vertical)
The role involves overseeing client management in the IT Consulting Services arena, focusing on new logos and maintaining existing strategic clients within the Insurance industry. It is an individual contributor position that identifies, develops, and sells application outsourcing, application development, infrastructure services, digital solutions, and other related IT services to Life & Annuity clients.
Key Responsibilities- Sell services solutions to clients within the L&A Insurance industry, including Application Outsourcing, Application Development, Infrastructure Services, Data, AI, and other related IT services.
- Execute sales goals and strategies within the designated area.
- Develop and maintain relationships with senior IT management and, where appropriate, CIO and CTO level decision makers.
- Identify and pursue new logo opportunities and grow existing strategic accounts.
- Align with NTT DATA overall sales strategies and brand, ensuring compliance with industry and organizational standards.
- 6+ years of net new logo sales experience selling IT Solutions or Professional Services to L&A clients.
- 10+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or managed services.
- At least 7 years in a sales or new business development role, with a minimum of 5 years selling into insurance services organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience.
- Prior experience with a system integration or management consulting company.
- Experience selling complex managed services, full IT outsourcing solutions, application services, and vertical solutions such as regulatory compliance, digital, mobile, transformation, and ERP (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed annual quotas of $6 million or more.
- Strong strategic agility to influence multiple C‑level executives within client organizations.
- Excellent knowledge of insurance (L&A) service offerings and customer decision‑making processes.
- Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to assess opportunities and develop value propositions.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
This position intends to hire locally but may offer remote or hybrid work arrangements subject to client requirements.
