Teamcenter Application Support & Operations

Responsibilities
  • Lead L2/L3 support for Teamcenter Unified/Active Workspace environments.
  • Monitor and manage application health, performance, and availability.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to workflows, BMIDE, data model, access, and integrations.
  • Manage user administration, access controls, privilege configurations, and licensing.
  • Incident, Problem, and Change Management
    • Act as primary escalation point for critical incidents; ensure timely resolution and communication.
    • Drive root-cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
    • Review, plan, and execute change requests, enhancements, and releases.
  • Upgrades, Deployment & Configuration
    • Lead minor and major upgrades for Teamcenter, Active Workspace, and related components.
    • Coordinate environment promotions across DEV–QA–UAT–PROD.
    • Perform configuration, BMIDE updates, patching, and deployment activities.
  • Integration & Environment Management
    • Support integrations with CAD tools (NX, CATIA, Solid Works), ERP, MES, and custom applications.
    • Work closely with infrastructure teams for server, database, and storage related issues.
    • Oversee environment refreshes, backups, and system housekeeping tasks.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Collaborate with engineering teams, business users, and project managers to prioritize work.
    • Provide technical guidance to support team members (L1/L2).
    • Prepare and present operational reports, KPIs, and continuous improvement outcomes.
