An opportunity is available for a skilled and reliable IT Field Technician to support end users across office locations. This role is focused on delivering responsive, hands‑on technical support, resolving day‑to‑day IT issues, and ensuring all workplace technology operates efficiently and effectively.

  • es Provide on-site technical support for end-user devices including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile equipme
  • nt Diagnose and resolve a wide range of hardware, software, and network-related issu
  • esSet up, configure, and maintain user workstations and office technology to
  • ol Troubleshoot connectivity issues such as Wi‑Fi, VPN access, and local network proble
  • ms Support hardware rollouts, upgrades, replacements, and system refresh initiativ
  • es Maintain accurate tracking of IT assets and assist with inventory manageme
  • nt Manage incoming support requests through a ticketing system, ensuring timely resoluti
  • on Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment setup and access provisioni
  • ng Record detailed documentation of incidents, solutions, and technical procedur
