An opportunity is available for a skilled and reliable IT Field Technician to support end users across office locations. This role is focused on delivering responsive, hands‑on technical support, resolving day‑to‑day IT issues, and ensuring all workplace technology operates efficiently and effectively.

- es Maintain accurate tracking of IT assets and assist with inventory manageme
- nt Manage incoming support requests through a ticketing system, ensuring timely resoluti
- on Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment setup and access provisioni
- ng Record detailed documentation of incidents, solutions, and technical procedur
- ills2–5 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or field technician r
