A fast-growing, product-driven SaaS organization in the food & beverage manufacturing space is hiring a Senior Analytics Engineer to help build the next-generation analytics layer powering operational and executive decision-making. This Dallas-based hybrid role offers a collaborative, high-impact environment where you'll work closely with cross-functional teams while leveraging modern technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Power BI, and AI-driven analytics tools.

This is a rare opportunity to own and shape an end-to-end analytics ecosystem from the ground up in a hybrid setting that balances in-office collaboration with flexibility. The team is looking for someone who thrives in building scalable data systems, enjoys working cross-functionally, and can turn ambiguous business questions into clear, impactful reporting solutions. ** Required Skills & Experience*
* · 7+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or BI

· Microsoft Fabric and/or Snowflake

· Advanced SQL skills

· Experience building production-grade dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

· Strong data modeling experience (dimensional modeling, semantic layers, KPIs)

· Building and maintaining data pipelines

* · Python for data transformation or analysis

· Experience with dbt or similar transformation frameworks

· AI/ML concepts within analytics environments

· Data governance, lineage, and documentation practices

· Design clean data contracts between systems
