KPMG is currently seeking a Director, Forensic Technology to join our Advisory Services practice.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise team members and manage resource allocation for eDiscovery engagements

* Advise clients on eDiscovery workflows, including review analytics and TAR workflows

* Deliver presentations and training on KPMG products and services

* Consult on eDiscovery workflows such as data processing and productions using Relativity and other tools

* Drive business development initiatives by identifying and pursuing new client opportunities

* Lead the preparation of proposals, statements of work (SOWs), and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) for eDiscovery and related services

* Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients, law firms, and corporate legal departments to generate repeat business and new service lines

* Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:

* Minimum eight years of recent experience as a review manager in the legal industry

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

* Demonstrated ability to develop and execute on a strategic business plan to drive revenue growth and expand market share

* Familiarity with emerging AI trends and their potential impact on the future of eDiscovery and forensic investigations

* Relativity Certified Administrator preferred; experience with Reveal/Brainspace and Relativity Analytics

* Strong client service skills

* Willingness to travel up to ten percent
