The Senior Business Systems Analyst works with business partners within multiple business units to align technology solutions with business strategies. Provides advanced technical and consultative support to team members, maintains in‑depth knowledge of applications, and stays current with technical enhancements, methodologies and trends related to the assigned application(s). Analyzes existing systems or procedures and identifies technical or procedural improvements that will provide operational efficiencies, reduce potential risk to Huntington Bank, and improve end‑user experiences.

• Builds relationships with business partners who leverage Service Now with a goal to understand their needs, advocate on their behalf, maintain platform‑designed standards and governance, and communicate effectively between business and technical users.
• Develops an in‑depth understanding of complex business processes and functional behaviors of assigned applications, potential design and integration of technical solutions, including upstream and downstream dependencies and impacts.
• Works with key stakeholders to capture business and user requirements as well as establish and strengthen the relationship between teams.
• Owns the relationship with stakeholders to identify, model, and document business processes and data requirements.
• Partners with Scrum and Production Support teams to ensure all documented requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered to specification.
• Facilitates scope, discovery, and design sessions, and communicates with business partners on story status and follow‑up.
• Aligns IT resources and processes to meet the client organization’s needs, as well as the design of enterprise solutions.
• Builds roadmaps with business partners and executes stories within sprint timelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience.
• 4–8+ years of related experience working as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst.
• 1+ years of hands‑on experience with Service Now.

• Service Now platform knowledge and experience.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools.
• Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience in a Business Analyst role performing the listed responsibilities, including creating scope documents, eliciting and documenting functional/non‑functional requirements and use cases, and producing process flows using Visio or equivalent tool.
• Experience facilitating group sessions to gather requirements with the ability to ask relevant questions to drill into details.
• Experience tracking and driving deliverables to completion.
• Problem‑solver mindset; ability to work through grey areas independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Demonstrated technical skills and the ability to learn new technology.

Exempt Status:
Yes (not eligible for overtime pay)

$63,000 – $124,000 Annual Salary

The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan and in a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
