Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Dev Ops Engineer with 12+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Dev Ops practices, cloud platforms, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, containerization, Kubernetes, and monitoring solutions. This role requires strong technical leadership, problem-solving abilities, and experience driving Dev Ops transformation across enterprise environments.

• Design, build, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform environments.
• Architect and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable software delivery.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Cloud Formation, or ARM Templates.
• Lead containerization initiatives using Docker and orchestrate enterprise-scale deployments using Kubernetes/Open Shift.
• Establish Dev Sec Ops  practices by integrating security controls, vulnerability scanning, compliance checks, and policy enforcement into CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage and optimize cloud resources, ensuring cost efficiency, performance, scalability, and operational excellence.
• Develop automation scripts and tools using Python, Shell Scripting, Power Shell, or similar technologies.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, Splunk, Cloud Watch, Azure Monitor, or equivalent platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive preventive measures to improve system reliability.
• Define and implement disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity strategies for critical applications and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development, security, architecture, and infrastructure teams to establish Dev Ops best practices and standards.
• Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives for legacy applications and infrastructure.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on Dev Ops tools, processes, and automation frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with at least 8+ years focused on Dev Ops, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Cloud Formation, ARM Templates, or Bicep.
• Extensive experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Open Shift, Helm, and container orchestration platforms.
• Strong experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI/CD, Azure Dev Ops, or Bamboo.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, Shell, or Power Shell.
• Experience with source code management tools such as Git, Bitbucket, Git Hub, and Git Lab.
• Hands‑on knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability platforms including Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Datadog, and Cloud‑native monitoring tools.
• Strong understanding of networking, load balancing, DNS, security, IAM, SSL/TLS, and cloud architecture principles.
• Experience implementing Dev Sec Ops  practices and security automation within enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration.
• Experience supporting microservices, distributed systems, and enterprise‑scale applications.

• Experience with multi‑cloud and hybrid cloud environments.
• Knowledge of SRE principles, reliability engineering, and performance optimization.
• Experience with service mesh technologies such as Istio or Linkerd.
• Cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Dev Ops Engineer, Azure Dev Ops Engineer Expert, Azure Solutions Architect, or Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD).
• Experience leading enterprise Dev Ops transformation and cloud adoption programs.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
