Job OverviewSenior Analyst, Strategic Analytics. Own end‑to‑end analytics across the lifecycle of projects, applying analytical and strategic skills to build business cases for major initiatives and deliver measurable impact. This role is both analytical reporting and strategic planning.

Responsibilities- Formulate, develop, and institute business strategies to drive company profit.
- Identify, track, and forecast main drivers and transactions of the organization.
- Partner with product, technology, data science, and operations teams to implement data‑driven strategies and decision engines.
- Lead analytic initiatives and manage the full life cycle of projects, including implementation and execution.
- Deliver clear insights and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Sigma, or Streamlit.
- Continuously innovate and automate existing methodologies, processes, and reporting; design, develop, test, and implement new products and solutions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as economics, engineering, finance, statistics, mathematics, or hard science.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics, engineering, consulting, or marketing.
- Advanced SQL and Excel skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools.
- Python programming.
- Auto‑finance experience.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Pega.
