Mission Hires is partnering with a leading North American integrator of mission‑critical voice, security, and data solutions to hire a JD Edwards (JDE) Business Systems Analyst. In this high-impact, hybrid role based in northeast Dallas, you will translate strategic business goals into scalable JDE Enterprise One solutions, lead integrations and standardization across business units, drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement, and deliver end-to-end functional support and user enablement.
You’ll collaborate across business, IT, and vendors to architect best practices, manage change, and ensure stable, optimized operations in a customized E1 environment.
- Partner with business leaders to translate operational needs into scalable JDE Enterprise One initiatives and best-practice solutions
- Serve as a trusted liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and vendors to ensure alignment and clear communication
- Own requirements discovery and convert business needs into cohesive functional and technical JDE solutions
- Conduct comprehensive Gap Analysis of As-Is vs. To-Be processes and recommend optimized ERP solutions aligned to objectives
- Lead Root Cause Analysis on production issues and deliver durable functional and process improvements
- Support ERP integrations and enterprise standardization, including onboarding new business units and harmonizing processes
- Apply hands‑on experience with JDE configurations, databases, third‑party integrations, MDM, interface design, data flow analysis, and troubleshooting
- Design, plan, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate end‑to‑end business processes before release
- Manage enhancements and fixes through structured change control from design through deployment
- Provide Tier 1–3 functional support to minimize downtime and improve user experience
- Create and deliver user training, SOPs, and knowledge transfer to drive adoption and team readiness
- 8+ years of JD Edwards Enterprise One experience in a functional systems or business analyst role
- Proven ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into JDE solutions with users, leadership, and developers
- Hands‑on functional support across Finance, Sales, Procurement, and Warehouse & Inventory modules in a customized E1 environment
- Experience configuring UDCs, processing options, and application constants
- Strong understanding of JDE data structures, core tables, and interrelationships across modules
- Exposure to JDE Orchestrator/Orchestration preferred;
Groovy experience a plus - Working knowledge of SQL, including ability to write and review queries
- Detail‑oriented, analytical problem solver with strong communication skills
- Ability to model, validate, and demonstrate business processes within test environments
- Location:
Hybrid in northeast Dallas, TX (3 days/week in office); relocation considered for standout U.S.
