Role Summary<
The Service Desk Executive P1 acts as the first point of contact for end users providing Level 1 L1 support for ITrelated incidents service requests and queries The role involves ensuring timely issue resolution adhering to SLAs and delivering high quality customer support using ITSM tools and standard operating procedures
Key Responsibilities < <
Provide firstline IT support for incidents service requests and user queries<
Log track and manage tickets via ITSM tools eg Service Now<
Respond to user issues through multiple channels calls emails and chat<
Perform initial troubleshooting for<
Enduser devices laptops desktops peripherals<
Desktop OS and standard applications<
Follow SOPbased triage and resolution approach ADTI Supposigned 1 PDF<
Escalate unresolved incidents to L2L3 teams within defined SLA timelines<
