• Design and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks and reusable automation components
• Define automation standards, best practices, and testing strategies across QA teams
• Lead automation initiatives for functional, regression, integration, and API testing
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops processes
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support quality throughout the SDLC
• Mentor QA automation engineers and provide technical leadership
• Analyze automation metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Support enterprise applications, web platforms, APIs, and cloud‑based solutions
• Participate in architecture reviews, release planning, and environment strategy discussions

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
• 7+ years of QA and test automation experience
• 3+ years in an automation architecture or technical leadership role
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Tosca, or UFT
• Strong programming/scripting experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure Dev Ops, or Git Hub Actions
• Strong understanding of Agile and Dev Ops methodologies
• Experience with Jira or other test and defect management tools

• AP testing experience
• API automation experience
• Cloud platform knowledge (AWS or Azure)
• Performance testing experience
