10 is partnered with a high-growth B2B software company that is looking to hire a GTM Systems Manager to take ownership of the technology ecosystem supporting its commercial teams.

This is not a traditional Salesforce Administrator role, and it is not a pure Salesforce Architect role. Salesforce is a major part of the environment, but the wider focus is go-to-market systems across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and Finance.

The successful candidate will come from a SaaS, software, cloud, cybersecurity, or subscription-based technology business and will understand how modern GTM systems support recurring revenue, pipeline generation, customer acquisition, renewals, forecasting, and commercial decision‑making.

The Role

You will be responsible for the systems that support the go-to‑market organization, with Salesforce sitting at the center of the stack. The role will involve owning day‑to‑day platform effectiveness, improving integrations and workflows, partnering with commercial stakeholders, managing technical resources, and helping shape the future roadmap for the GTM technology environment.

The company is scaling quickly, so this person needs to be comfortable operating in a fast‑moving environment where systems and processes are still evolving. This is a good fit for someone who has seen how GTM infrastructure changes as a SaaS business grows and who can bring structure without needing everything to be perfectly defined from day one.

Responsibilities
  • Own and improve the GTM systems ecosystem across Salesforce and adjacent platforms
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Finance, and technical teams
  • Manage and prioritize system improvements, integrations, automation, data quality, and reporting needs
  • Lead or support tooling evaluations, vendor conversations, implementation planning, and system rationalization
  • Work closely with Salesforce technical resources to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business needs
  • Support lead routing, enrichment, sales engagement, CPQ, pipeline management, reporting, and customer lifecycle processes
  • Improve governance, documentation, release processes, adoption, and overall system reliability
  • Identify opportunities to use automation, AI, and better data flows to improve commercial efficiency
Required Background

This role requires direct experience supporting a modern GTM technology environment. Candidates coming exclusively from traditional industries without SaaS, software, or recurring revenue exposure are unlikely to be the right fit.

Strong candidates will have experience with several of the following:

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
  • CPQ or quote‑to‑cash processes
  • Marketing automation platforms
  • Data enrichment and lead routing tools
  • Reporting, analytics, or data warehouse environments
  • Integration platforms or middleware
  • Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems functions
Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate is likely currently operating as one of the following:

  • GTM Systems Manager
  • Business Systems Manager
  • Salesforce Engineering Manager
  • Marketing Systems Manager
  • Commercial Systems Manager

You should be comfortable working across both business and technical teams. The role does not require someone who wants to be heads‑down in code all day, but it does require enough technical understanding to guide developers, challenge system decisions, understand integrations, and make sound platform recommendations.

Location

This is an onsite role in the Dallas area.

Compensation

Competitive base salary, dependent on experience.
