Service Now Form SR Developer
Location:
Dallas, TX
The Service Now Form DR Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing Service Request forms and workflows to improve user experience and service delivery efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and configure Service Now Service Request (SR) forms and catalog items
- Develop client scripts, UI policies, business rules, and catalog scripts
- Customize form layouts, variables, and validations
- Integrate forms with workflows and Flow Designer
- Troubleshoot and support form-related issues
- Strong experience in Service Now Service Catalog and Request Management
- Hands-on knowledge of form customization and scripting
- Experience with JavaScript, UI Policies, and Client Scripts
- Familiarity with ITSM processes
