Position: Director, Sales Engineering - US Central

For our client, we are seeking a Director Sales Engineering - US Central to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk‑aware execution. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long‑term growth within a technology‑driven environment.

Location:

Dallas, TX – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Compensation: $252,500 – $468,800 annually

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute technical sales strategies for the US Central region
  • Build and mentor a high-performance sales engineering organization
  • Drive enterprise solution cycles from discovery to close
  • Establish relationships with technology partners and industry influencers
  • Collaborate across teams on go‑to‑market strategies and customer needs
Qualifications
  • 15+ years in enterprise software or technical sales engineering roles
  • 8+ years in senior pre‑sales or technical leadership
  • Proven success in enterprise SaaS environments
  • Deep knowledge of data privacy regulations and enterprise security
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering; advanced degree preferred
  • Experience with Fortune 500 clients in regulated industries
  • Strong record of strategic technical partnerships
