IT Support Engineer Intern

Duration

6‑month internship with potential for permanent employment.

• Support day‑to‑day activities and projects within the IT support team.
• Assist in delivering initiatives related to:
  • Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Setting up new employees' workstations and getting them up to speed.
  • Maintaining a secure and efficient IT environment, keeping data safe and systems running smoothly.
  • Working closely with the IT team to improve processes and increase operational efficiency.
  • Administering and supporting cloud‑based tools including Google Workspace, Atlassian products (Jira, Jira Service Management), 1
    
    Password, Notion, and Slack, among others.
• Conduct research, analysis, and reporting to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as HR, Legal, Product, Engineering, Finance, Compliance, etc.
• Prepare documentation, presentations, or insights for internal stakeholders.
• Learn industry best practices and contribute ideas to improve processes and outcomes.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in fintech, crypto, digital assets, or technology‑driven businesses.
