This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Delivery Technical Project Manager to lead customer onboarding and delivery of data center infrastructure solutions for a rapidly growing national digital infrastructure operator. The company is expanding its U.S. footprint and is seeking a hands‑on, customer‑focused technical leader to manage all phases of service delivery — from solution handoff through deployment, activation, and ongoing operational transition.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end service delivery for data center customer deployments, ensuring on‑time activation and high customer satisfaction
- Serve as primary technical project contact for customers, coordinating requirements, schedules, and communication
- Manage implementation of colocation, network connectivity, power, and equipment installation
- Coordinate across operations, network engineering, facilities, and vendors to ensure successful deployment
- Maintain project plans, documentation, status reports, and risk tracking
- Drive issue resolution, escalations, and adherence to SLAs
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and quality
- 5+ years in service delivery, technical project management, or implementation within data center, colocation, or managed services environments
- Experience managing multiple customer deployments simultaneously
- Technical understanding of data center infrastructure (power, networking, rack/stack)
- Strong organizational, scheduling, and stakeholder/customer management skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana)
- Excellent communication and customer‑facing abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field preferred
