• Oversee, facilitate, and administer ITIL-based service support and technical account management, including incident ownership and client account management on a 24x7 basis.
• Manage and oversee service delivery processes such as incident management, problem management, request management, change management, service level management, and configuration management.
• Coordinate resources, client management, dispute and technical resolution management, and communications at various levels during service engagements from tactical to strategic.
• Play a key role in continuous improvement activities in support of clients.
• Compile, analyze, and report statistical data and trends related to service level compliance and operational effectiveness.
• Assist program or process development and implementation.

• 6+ years of experience in an Account Service role.

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes and principals.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Ability to perform general office requirements physically.
• Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.

Starting pay range: $74,720 – $112,080. Eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
