KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Oracle HCM for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities :

  • Participate in client engagement delivery teams who are executing engagements involving HR digital transformation with Oracle HCM Cloud technology at the core
  • Execute the day-to-day activities of HR transformation engagements including facilitating end-to-end process design workshops, implementing full engagement lifecycle support, assisting with the creation of project deliverables and overseeing project management or planning activities
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to design, configure, test and deploy HR solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud technology and identify and communicate findings to engagement leadership and client personnel
  • Demonstrate ability to oversee and support team members on key project activities and deliverables
  • Brings deep functional and technology expertise and market insights to clients such that you can lead the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll work-stream
  • Contribute to the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including contributing to innovation, market-facing events, whitepapers and training efforts

Qualifications :

  • Minimum three years of recent relevant work experience with experience on at least two full life-cycle deployment of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll;
    Oracle Cloud Certification in Payroll is strongly encouraged
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science or a related field from an accredited college/university
  • Experience leading and contributing to the activities within a project or team, including excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate design workshops or present recommendations to client or KPMG stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Project, Visio) and use of virtual collaboration tools preferred
  • Ability to travel as necessary Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
