Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, testers, and project managers.
• Analyze existing systems and recommend process improvements.
• Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and business requirement documents (BRDs).
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for system enhancements.
• Provide training and support to end users when required.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of business process modeling and requirements gathering.
• Experience with SQL, databases, and reporting tools (preferred).
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Microsoft Office Suite.
