Job Description:
Business Requirements Analysis
• 7+ years’ experience as Business System Analyst
• Bachelor's in Information Systems, Business or related field
• Business System Analyst experience in CRM/ERP applications in a multiple application environment is required
• BSA experience/knowledge of Order Fulfillment Systems in Telecom or Data Center Industry is preferred
• BSA experience in CRM, Quote to Cash, Order Management, Work Orders, Activities, Trouble Ticket, Assets experience is highly preferred
