Service Now Technical Architect/Lead
Location – Dallas TX- onsite
Contract – 1+ year Exp 15+ years
Service Now Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Service Now SPM (Demand, Project, Portfolio, Investment Management).
- Service Now Platform Configuration, Workflows, Flow Designer.
- ACLs, roles, approvals, and security model..
- Reporting, dashboards, and Performance Analytics (preferred).
- Experience integrating Service Now with finance, time, HR, and Dev Ops systems.
- Strong understanding of configuration vs customization best practices.
Functional & Domain Knowledge
- IT Demand Management and Portfolio Governance.
- IT Financial Management, project accounting, CAPEX/OPEX concepts.
- Release Management and Change Governance.
- Stage-gated delivery models and enterprise PMO processes.
Experience
- 10+ years of Service Now platform experience.
- 3+ years implementing Service Now SPM / ITBM modules.
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments with governance boards.
- Experience supporting post go-live operations and audits.
Certifications (Preferred)
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM / ITBM.
