Key Responsibilities- Lead hands-on configuration and support of core SAP HCM modules.
- Ensure seamless integration across SAP ECC and other HR platforms.
- Design and enhance SAP Fiori-based ESS/Client solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to global HR stakeholders.
- Provide independent, hands-on production support in a high-volume environment.
- 5 years of SAP HCM Functional / Business Analyst experience.
- Strong expertise in SAP HCM PA/OM configuration.
- Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting Success Factors integrations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori ESS/Client.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within large, global environments with distributed HR operations.
- Working knowledge of ABAP debugging and interface technologies.
