Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Service Now AI Developer to support the development, configuration, testing, and enhancement of AI-enabled solutions on the Service Now platform. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Service Now development, platform configuration, AI‑driven automation, testing, and quality assurance practices.
This role will focus on building and enhancing AI Agent products, improving agent intelligence, supporting pilot implementations, and collaborating with global teams across EMEA, APAC, and AMS regions.
Key Responsibilities Service Now Development & Configuration- Design, develop, configure, and enhance solutions on the Service Now platform.
- Support Service Now platform customization, workflows, integrations, and automation initiatives.
- Participate in technical design discussions and solution reviews.
- Develop scalable and maintainable Service Now solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of AI‑powered Service Now Agent products, including:
- Technical Design Agents
- Configuration (Config) Agents
- AI Testing & Quality Agents
- Refine AI agent prompts, workflows, logic, and behaviors to improve:
- Accuracy
- Reliability
- User Experience
- Business Value
- Support AI‑enabled delivery and automation initiatives.
- Perform smoke testing, peer reviews, and validation activities.
- Support AI testing and quality‑focused practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and validate fixes.
- Ensure high‑quality deliverables through rigorous testing and review processes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, test results, and implementation guides.
- Document AI agent configurations, enhancements, and operational procedures.
- Maintain knowledge repositories and reusable assets.
- Investigate and resolve platform and AI agent‑related issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend improvements.
- Support pilot deployments and production stabilization activities.
- Work closely with teams across:
- EMEA
- APAC
- AMS
- Collaborate with developers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and cross‑functional workshops.
