- Experience with development and implementation of Service Now ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management or other ITSM application.
- Experience with web-based development languages (JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML, CSS, AJAX, HTTP, XML)
- Proficient in all areas of Service Now development and configuration including but not limited to Business Rules, ACLs, Script Includes, UI Scripts, Scheduled Jobs, Client Scripts, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Policies, Portal components and workflows
- Experience with web-based development languages (JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML, CSS, AJAX, HTTP, XML)
