Senior Infrastructure Platform Engineer

Imprimis Group is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Platform Engineer for a growing enterprise technology organization. This is a highly visible, hands-on role supporting a global infrastructure environment across cloud, systems, networking, identity management, and endpoint technologies.

• Design, implement, maintain, and support enterprise infrastructure platforms across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Execute production infrastructure changes and support ongoing operational activities. Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot infrastructure systems to ensure reliability, performance, and security.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and outage resolution efforts. Support Windows Server, Linux, cloud infrastructure, networking, identity management, and endpoint technologies.
• Administer and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, VPN, TLS/SSL, and SSO/SAML environments.
• Support Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and endpoint management solutions.
• Diagnose complex infrastructure issues using logs, metrics, packet captures, and system analysis tools.
• Contribute to infrastructure automation initiatives using Power Shell, Python, Terraform, Ansible, and related technologies.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
• Partner with infrastructure, security, application, and business teams on enterprise initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree highly preferred.
• 8+ years of infrastructure engineering, systems engineering, or enterprise.
• IT operations experience.
• Strong experience supporting Azure infrastructure, Entra , Intune, Windows Server, and Linux environments required.
• Deep understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, VPNs, authentication protocols, and SSO technologies.
• Experience supporting cloud infrastructure environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint management platforms including Intune and Autopilot.
• Proven experience supporting production environments and executing infrastructure changes.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across multiple infrastructure disciplines and technologies.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
