We are looking for a Senior Service Now Developer with deep expertise in ITSM, Integrated Risk Management (IRM), and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) to design, develop, and enhance enterprise workflows, risk and compliance solutions, and IT service management processes. The role requires strong platform development skills, integration experience, and the ability to translate regulatory and operational requirements into scalable Service Now solutions.

• Strong hands-on Service Now development experience

• Advanced scripting skills in:

  • Java Script

  • Business Rules

  • Script Includes

  • Client Scripts

  • UI Policies / UI Actions

• Experience with Flow Designer and Workflow Editor

• Custom application development on Service Now

• Deep expertise in:

  • Incident Management

  • Problem Management

  • Change Management

  • Request Management

  • Knowledge Management

• ITIL-aligned process implementation and optimization

• Experience with Service Catalog, SLAs, Escalations, and Notifications

• Strong experience in Service Now IRM / GRC, including:

  • Policy and Compliance Management

  • Risk Management

  • Issue Management

  • Audit Management

• Risk statements, controls, indicators, and remediation workflows
