This position involves onboarding applications to IIQ 8.4 using a variety of connectors, gathering and defining requirements for account and entitlement management, designing and enhancing lifecycle workflows, configuring certification campaigns, and developing custom rules and integrations. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting performance issues, supporting testing phases, managing deployments through Git-based change control, and producing comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer materials for operations.

Key Responsibilities For The Position:

• Onboard target applications to IIQ 8.4 using OOTB and custom connectors (AD/Azure AD, LDAP, JDBC/Oracle/SQL Server, Service Now, Salesforce, REST/SCIM).
• Gather requirements; define account correlation, aggregation schedules, and entitlement models.
• Design and enhance our LCM workflows (joiner/mover/leaver) including provisioning policies, forms, rules, transforms, and task definitions.
• Gather requirements and configure certification campaigns (manager, application, role-based, event-driven), remediation workflows, and delegations.
• Develop Bean Shell/Java rules (before/after provisioning, correlation, validation, aggregation) and REST integrations.
• Troubleshoot and tune aggregation/provisioning performance; analyze logs; resolve connector defects; coordinate with vendors/business partners
• Define test strategies and scripts; support unit, SIT, and UAT; resolve defects and harden for production.
• Create deployment packages and promote changes via Git-based change control.
• Produce documentation (HLD/LLD, mapping docs, runbooks, support procedures) and deliver knowledge transfer to operations.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years hands-on SailPoint Identity IQ (8.x preferred); 3+ years focused on app onboarding.
• Deep expertise in LCM, Certifications, Provisioning and Compliance Manager.
• Proficient in Java/Bean Shell, SQL, REST/JSON/XML, LDAP; strong connector configuration skills.
• Experience with AD/Azure AD, LDAP, JDBC databases, and at least two SaaS apps (e.g., Workday, Service Now, Salesforce).
• Solid grasp of IGA concepts (RBAC, least privilege, attestation, SoD), and audit/compliance (SOX/HIPAA).
• Azure Dev Ops , Git experience
• Strong written and verbal communication.
