Assurance – Audit Associate

Job Overview

Assurance – Audit Associate rid role located in Atlanta, GA, Plano, TX, or Iselin, NJ.

Base pay range: $/yr – $/yr

Additional compensation types: Annual Bonus, 15% incentive target of base salary

• Identify key risks in Siemens’s operational and financial environment and develop a comprehensive understanding of business processes, goals, and strategy.
• Design and lead comprehensive audits following the agile audit methodology to address identified risks.
• Independently drive assurance objectives, define and align conclusions and recommended improvements to drive change in the organization.
• Foster innovation and develop digital use cases that increase coverage and overall assurance in collaboration with the data analytics team.
• Lead meetings with Senior Management and drive discussions about conclusions and next steps from the engagement.
• Lead by example in challenging environments, coach and mentor fellow team members by sharing expertise.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 years of experience at a large accounting or consulting firm with exposure to publicly listed companies.
• BS/BA or higher degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
• Fluent English with the ability to read, write, speak, and interpret documents.
• Willingness and ability to travel 30%, including internationally/domestically.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s/MBA degree and CPA, ACCA, or ACA qualification is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• The pay range for this position is $107,520 – $155,680 and the incentive target will be 15% of the base salary.
