Senior Open Text Consultant

Duration: 3+ Months of Contract with possible extension

Location:

Dallas, TX/Remote

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide day to day support for SAP Business Content, Business workspace, Open Text Content Management (CE 24.4), Archive Center, Core Capture, and related modules
• Provide day to day support for Open Text users, including issue resolution and process guidance
• Monitor system performance, document workflows, SAP Open Text background jobs, and archiving jobs, Core Capture processes
• Manage user access, permissions, access controls, and compliance requirements
• Strong understanding of Open Text Content Server, Archive Center, and related modules
• Experience with SAP integration, Extended ECM, VIM, SAP Archiving, Core Capture
• Familiarity with cloud environments and working with SAP support and Open Text support teams
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure and private cloud environments
• Ability to troubleshoot document management issues across Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance processes
• Familiarity with compliance and security requirements for government workloads
• Clearly explain processes and technical steps to non technical users
• Work closely with cross functional teams (SAP, Cloud Engineering, Business Process Owners)
• Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer
• Communicate issues, risks, and updates in a structured and timely manner
• Support Open Text environments used by US Government customers
• Ensure compliance with US data residency, access control, and security requirements
