About the Role

We’re building the systems that will power the next stage of growth at Pinecrest Group, and we’re looking for someone who wants to help build them.

You’ll work directly with leadership to identify opportunities, solve operational challenges, implement new technology, and leverage AI and automation to help the business scale more efficiently.

This role combines product thinking, systems design, implementation, and execution. You’ll take ideas from whiteboard conversations to fully implemented solutions, helping teams adopt the tools, workflows, and processes that make the business run.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building, improving, and figuring things out. Someone who sees inefficiency as an opportunity, enjoys working with new technology, and gets excited about creating solutions that have a visible impact across an organization.

We’re less concerned with specific industry experience and more interested in how you think, solve problems, and build solutions. If you’re naturally curious, resourceful, and excited by the idea of creating better ways of working, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a hands‑on role with significant ownership, influence, and opportunity to help shape how the company operates.

Core Responsibilities Product & Project Ownership
  • Translate leadership vision into clear product requirements and execution plans
  • Own projects end‑to‑end from discovery through implementation and iteration
  • Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and business needs
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects across departments
AI & Automation
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual work across the organization
  • Evaluate, test, and implement AI tools that improve efficiency and scalability
  • Build workflows and automations that reduce friction and eliminate repetitive tasks
  • Partner with leadership to explore new ways AI can support business operations
Cross‑Department Implementation
  • Ensure systems and tools are implemented effectively across sales, operations, onboarding, and finance
  • Design rollout strategies, training frameworks, and documentation
  • Help teams adopt and effectively use the systems we build
  • Gather feedback, iterate quickly, and continuously improve processes and tools
  • Maintain a real‑time understanding of how teams operate and where improvements can be made
Engineering & Execution Partnership
  • Partner closely with engineering to ensure solutions align with real‑world business needs
  • Translate business requirements into workflows, system logic, and functional requirements
  • Create feedback loops that continuously improve systems and user adoption
  • Serve as the bridge between business operations and technical execution
Systems Ownership
  • Own company‑wide structure, optimization, and adoption of
  • Design workflows, automations, dashboards, and board structures that reflect real operations
  • Ensure consistency, visibility, and scalability across teams using
  • Continuously refine system architecture as the company grows
  • Own and organize Google Drive and internal system architecture, ensuring information is structured, accessible, and aligned across teams
  • Serve as a central owner across operational systems, including CRM environments, maintaining consistency and alignment between platforms
