LHH is currently recruiting for a hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Dallas, TX area. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in paid media execution and is comfortable working across paid search, paid social, SEO, and website performance initiatives. The right candidate is highly tactical, detail‑oriented, and able to move quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
An advertising agency background is strongly preferred. This is an onsite role at our client’s office in the Dallas area.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across paid search and paid social channels to drive traffic, leads, and overall campaign performance.
- Manage campaign setup, budget pacing, bid adjustments, audience targeting, ad copy testing, and performance reporting across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Linked In, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct keyword research, monitor search trends, and implement on‑page and off‑page SEO recommendations to improve organic visibility and website performance.
- Work directly within digital platforms and analytics tools to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and make tactical adjustments based on data.
- Support landing page optimization and collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion rates and user experience.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs including impressions, click‑through rates, conversions, cost per lead, and return on ad spend.
- Assist in the development and execution of testing strategies for creative, messaging, audiences, and channel performance.
- Stay current on platform changes, emerging digital trends, and best practices across paid media and SEO.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across campaign execution, reporting, and performance insights.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on hands‑on paid media execution.
- Proven experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns from launch through optimization and reporting.
- Working knowledge of SEO principles, keyword strategy, on‑page optimization, and search performance best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make actionable recommendations.
- Experience using digital marketing and analytics platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Linked In Campaign Manager, and SEO tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a deadline‑driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through.
- Advertising agency experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work onsite at our client’s office in the Dallas area.
