Principal Solution Architect – Amazon Connect CCaaS
Location:
Dallas Downtown, TX (Hybrid – Onsite)(Locals)
Duration: 24–35 Months Contract
We are seeking a Principal Solution Architect – Amazon Connect CCaaS to provide architectural leadership for a strategic Amazon Connect (CCaaS) implementation program. This role will drive solution design, architecture governance, and cross-workstream alignment while supporting a large-scale digital transformation within the Digital Grid Operations organization. The ideal candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Amazon Connect, guiding architectural decisions, ensuring scalable and reliable solution design, and collaborating with program stakeholders to manage dependencies, risks, and delivery across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the architectural Subject Matter Expert for Amazon Connect (CCaaS) across the program.
- Provide solution architecture leadership for design, implementation, and governance of the Amazon Connect platform.
- Ensure alignment across solution design, delivery, and architecture standards across multiple work streams.
- Manage cross-team dependencies and escalate risks impacting program timelines or architecture integrity.
- Collaborate with application architecture, reliability teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Develop architecture strategies, technical concepts, and tactical implementation processes supporting evolving grid operations.
- Communicate architectural decisions clearly to program leadership and engineering teams.
