Service Now Technical Lead (CMDB Experience is Mandatory)
Duration: 6+ months of contract with possible extension
Location:
Dallas, TX (Onsite from Day
1)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of Service Now architecture, CMDB, ACLs & governance
- Expertise in ITIL/ITSM processes and Service Now mapping
- Hands-on experience with:
- Business Rules, Script Includes, Glide APIs
- Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions
- Flow Designer & Workflow Design
- Service Catalog & Integrations
- Experience with ITOM / HRSD/FSM/CSM (preferred)
