Business Technical Analyst – Mar Tech

Location:

Dallas, TX (onsite)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business Technical Analyst specializing in Mar Tech, Ad Tech, and Customer Data Platforms (CDP). The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills. You will work closely with both marketing and technical teams to deliver solutions that improve customer experiences and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Business Analyst within digital marketing, Ad Tech, and Mar Tech environments.
  • Gain hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
  • Lead the understanding and implementation of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), focusing on identity resolution, data governance, and best practices.
  • Manage and integrate ad tech solutions, including Live Ramp, clean rooms, and data onboarding partners.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications.
  • Create functional and technical documentation that clearly communicates requirements to stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver executive presentations on Mar Tech initiatives, performance, and digital customer journeys.
  • Analyze and optimize personalization strategies, customer journeys, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across marketing, data engineering, and product teams.
  • Stay current with data privacy laws and compliance standards (such as GDPR, CCPA) and ensure that all Mar Tech solutions comply with these standards.
  • Work proactively in driving Mar Tech capabilities, recommending solutions, and enhancing adoption across the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Experience:

    3+ years in a Business Analyst role, particularly within digital marketing, Ad Tech, or Mar Tech.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
  • Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), identity resolution, and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Proven ability to create detailed functional and technical documentation.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with ad tech integrations such as Live Ramp, clean rooms, and data onboarding.
  • Stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyse and enhance digital customer journeys, personalization, and campaign performance.
  • Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
Preferred

Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and ad tech platforms.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and performance optimization.
  • Experience delivering executive-level presentations and communicating complex Mar Tech strategies.
